monster in a box

monster in a box / creature crate, box and cam design is by cindybob.com - this is a 2 stage prop with motion activating the second stage. As the box sits there, monster sounds play via a mp3 player and pc speakers. The "lighting fx" sound organ box hears the monster sounds with it's mic and the red light comes on and off with the sounds. when the motion sensor is triggered, the 12v pc power supply turns on the wiper motor which turns the cam causing the lid to bang up and down, it also activates as solid state relay which is wired in parallel to a 400w fogger's control button, thus causing the fog to come out... and with the lid banging up and down there is enough noise for the light to be on constantly.
