thunder and lightning

thunder sounds provided by "the atmosphere collections, thunderstorm" cd which has 23 tracks of individual sound tracks (also an hour long thunderstorm, though not as useful) the CD was recommended by the Wolfstone how-to url and it seems like it will work great. Sound is provided by a CD player running through a old surround sound system that no longer plays DVDs. The sound-output channels on the back of the surround receiver go into a left and right "lighting fx" sound organ box, and are then plugged into a left and right spot light. The sensitivity of the units are adjusted slightly different to give a "stereo" effect to the lightning. The housing for the main components is to look like a oblisk...
